Statutes of Ordem dos Arquitectos
Statutes approved by Decree-Law 176/98, of 3 July, establishing the provisions and attributes of the Association as a public Association representing those who exercise the profession of Architect in Portugal.

 

Extraordinary Membership Statutes
These define the conditions of access to the aforementioned statute, the rights and duties of extraordinary members and their suspension and exclusion.

 

Apprenticeship Provider Statutes
Establishes the attributes of Apprenticeship Providers, their area of activities and their competences.

 

Ethics Regulations
Establishes the principles, rights and duties of conduct applied to architects during the course of their professional activity.

 

Registration Regulations
Establishes the rules to be followed when registering with Ordem dos Arquitectos.

 

Registration Certificate Regulations
Establishes rules applicable to certifying registration with Ordem dos Arquitectos.
 

Membership Fee Regulations
Establishes the conditions for charging Ordem dos Arquitectos membership fees, as well as exemptions, deductions, infringements and registration suspension requests.
 

Personal Data Regulations
Aimed at defining the conditions and rules processing all personal data that should make up the integrated personal data system of Ordem dos Arquitectos members (Personal Data Protection Law).

 

Disciplinary Procedure Regulations
Defines the rules that should be followed when investigating and punishing the activity of architects in the event of a disciplinary infraction for a failure to fulfil duties enshrined in the Statutes and Ethics Regulations of Ordem dos Arquitectos.
 

Apprenticeship Provider Statutes
Establishes the attributes of Apprenticeship Providers, their areas of activities and their competences.
 

Regulations on Electing governing bodies and holding referenda
Establishes the rules for elections, notifications and candidacies. Also establishes types of internal referenda, notifications, competences and issues to be put to referendum.

 

Regulations of the Association of Specialisation in Project Management, Direction and Supervision
Establishes the principles, competences and purposes of the association, as well as its attributes and admission, duties and rights of members.
 

Regulations of the Association of Specialisation in Urban Planning
Sets the objectives and principles of the association and establishes categories, rights and duties of members.

 

Regulations of the Association of Specialisation in Architectural Heritage

  • Sets the fundamental principles governing the Association of Specialisation in Architectural Heritage and the admission of members and their categories, rights and duties.
